Dispatch & shipment

Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail or a courier service of our choice, both of which will require a signature upon Delivery. Benson & Clegg will endeavour to deliver your order within 5 working days for stock items (14 working days for Europe and other countries), but will not be held responsible if the guaranteed delivery time of the service used is not met.

Our aim is to deliver your purchase as soon as possible. If we, or the delivery service used, make no attempt to dispatch or contact you within 5 working days, after confirming your order for goods shown as "in stock", you are entitled to a full refund upon return of the goods.

If an order we have dispatched to you is lost in transit, we will replace or refund the lost items at your preference, provided you cooperate fully with our efforts to claim for the loss from third parties. This may involve you having to complete forms and or sign statements regarding non-delivery of goods.

Satisfaction guarantee

Every purchase of "stock items" from our website is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, providing that you contact us before making a return with an explanation of your dissatisfaction. We promise a full refund for goods that have not been worn or used, but will not cover the cost of return postage & packing, or be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring when returning goods.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please return the goods unworn and in their original packaging, together with a copy of our invoice within 7 working days of receipt. Please contact us first with a description of the fault, damage or incorrect supply and if necessary we will reimburse you for the cost of return of the goods. Upon receipt of your return, we will give you the choice of exchanging the goods or a full refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order for "stock items" only in accordance with your rights under the UK and EU Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel your order you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of your purchase. You are responsible for the goods whilst in your possession and you must not use them. You will receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges) for the goods as soon as we receive them.

If either you or Benson & Clegg cancels an order prior to dispatch and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
